Well, good news, so far having a solicitor or barrister represent you in the Crown Court is not means tested.
Albeit you must still complete a means form, giving the Court details of your income, capital and expenditure so when the case ends the Judge can decide whether or not you should pay towards the cost of your defence.
If your case goes to the Crown Court then you may be represented by either one of our solicitor advocates (who is qualified to appear in the Crown Court), or a barrister.
