Martin Ward

Qualified as a Solicitor in 1979. Martin joined Saunders Goodin Riddleston as a Partner in 2002. Martin is Head of the Family Law Department. Practice areas include all areas of family law, in which Martin has practised since 1975, including a particular interest in financial issues within divorce and separation matters. Martin is an Advanced Member of the Family Law Panel, Member of the Law Society Child Panel, Member of Resolution and has trained as a Family Law Mediator and Collaborative Family Lawyer.

Katherine

Katherine May

Katherine attained a degree in Criminal Justice and Policing from the University of Central England in Birmingham before she studied postgraduate law in 1999. In 2002, Katherine joined Saunders Goodin Riddleston as a trainee solicitor and in 2004 she qualified as an associate solicitor, becoming a Partner in August 2006. Katherine specialises in family Law matters, with a particular emphasis on all children matters, including child protection. Member of Resolution, an organization of family lawyers, who subscribe to the practice of a non-confrontational approach.
Hobbies include pilates, yoga, membership to the Howard League on Penal Reform and Womens’ Aid.

Josephine Siobhan Hayes

Josephine studied Law with European Legal Systems at the University of East Anglia in Norwich and Lund University in Sweden. Josephine trained at a local law firm, Birketts LLP, before joining Saunders Goodin Riddleston on qualification in 2007. Josephine specialises in private matrimonial law and has a particular interest in Ancillary Relief and Divorce Law. As a hobby, Josephine coaches and judges elite gymnastics and aspires to produce a British Champion.
